CAD Services
Computer Aided Drafting
(CAD) is the latest in design technology. When you plan to buy a
booth from us, we will provide all the necessary drawings you will
need for a complete booth installation, proposal drawings to give
you a clear idea of how much space the booth will take up inside
your shop, all required drawings for permits, and assembly and
detail drawings showing you how each booth is put together.
This service is provided to you free of charge with your spray
booth purchase.

Equipment/Application
Training
We have fully trained and
qualified technicians and company representatives to train you and
your crew on the usage of your new system (spray booth, spray
equipment, etc). This service is provided to you free of
charge upon the complete installation of your new spray booth or
spray booths.

Facility Tours
Before you make any
decision, it is always a good idea to see who you are dealing
with. At AFC, customers are our number one priority.
We make sure that you have all the information that you require
before you make a purchase. If you want to see our
manufacturing plant, we will be very happy go give you a personal
tour. Our manufacturing plant is located in Oroville, California
(approximately 60 miles North of Sacramento, California).

Installation
AFC can provide you with
a crew to install your spray booth(s) for you. This is
sheet-metal installation only. You will need to hire an
electrician to wire your booth and a plumber to install the gas line
if your booth requires heating. You will also need to install a
fire suppression system for your booth. Contact your
local fire marshal for more information. Please request an
installation quote.

Installation
Supervision
AFC can send a
factory-trained supervisor to help you setup the sheet metal part
of your spray booth or spray booths. You will need to
provide a crew for the manual labor of installing the booth or
booths. Please request an installation quote.

Lab Tests
Any equipment that
requires testing is sent to a third party testing facility. This is to give fair and impartial information on
any concerned equipment.

|
Permit Packages
AFC will provide you with
all the necessary paper work to help you acquire a permit to run
your spray booth or booths. The information is provided to
you free of charge. You may obtain the permit or permits
yourself and save some money or have one of our factory
representatives obtain the permit for you.

|
|
Service
Contracts
Spray booths, like all
mechanical devices, will need to be serviced at one time or
another. AFC has a one-year part warranty on any equipment
you buy from us, starting with the day it was shipped to
you. Local company representatives and/or distributors may
have additional warranties.
AFC has service contracts
available that
will keep your booths running in peak condition and minimize down
time that will cost you hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
