The Custom Aire DRYING ENCLOSURES are designed to improve the efficiency of your spray booth by enabling greater utilization of the booth itself. After the vehicle has been sprayed, it is moved into the Custom Aire DRYING ENCLOSURE where drying is carried on by the optional AFC QUARTZ INFRARED CURING SYSTEM or a gas fired air make-up system such as the AMS1000. The spray booth is immediately available to begin work on the next automobile. The rate of production can be significantly increased by this system.

The Custom Aire DRYING ENCLOSURE is fabricated from 18GA galvanized steel, and is available in two standard sizes. Custom sizing and auto/truck sizes are available. Call AFC for assistance and pricing.

The Custom Aire DRYING ENCLOSURE comes complete with:

• 1 - 18" diameter tube-axial fan with variable pitch, non-sparking blades
• 1 - 1/2HP open type motor for operation on 208/230/460 VAC, 60Hz, 1 or 3 phase
• One set of exhaust arrestors
• 1 - four-tube Fluorescent light fixture with clear tempered glass with tubes
• 3'0" x 7'0" personnel access door
• 6 feet of exhaust stack, roof jack, and up-flow cap
